Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation of a check valve after the check valve is frozen. SOLUTION: For the check valve 10 mounted to a hydrogen off-gas circulating passage connected to the fuel cell allowing hydrogen off-gas flow only in one direction, a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber are formed inside a valve housing interposing a separation wall 14, and a first communication port 18 and a second communication port 19 making the first pressure chamber communicate with the second pressure chamber are formed to the separation wall 14. To the separation wall 14, a first lead valve 21 opening and closing the first communication port 18 is arranged so that an opening side end part 21b locates at upper side and a fixed side end part 21a locates at lower side, and a second reed valve 22 opening and closing the second communication port 19 is arranged so that an opening side end part 22b locates at lower side and a fixed side end part 22a locates at upper side.
