Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell in which blocking of the oxidizer exhaust passage is prevented by preventing staying water in the oxidizer exhaust passage, and improvement in the cell life and stable generating performance can be maintained. SOLUTION: This is a fuel cell which comprises a cell 12 that has an anode electrode 50 on one face of an electrolyte body 14 and a cathode electrode on the other face, a fuel plate 56 having a fuel chamber 54 wherein the fuel gas flows, and an oxidizer plate 26 that has an oxidizer chamber 24 wherein the oxidizer gas flows, an oxidizer inlet passage 28 that supplies the oxidizer gas into the oxidizer chamber 24, and an oxidizer exhaust passage 30 that discharges the oxidizer exhaust gas exhausted from the oxidizer chamber 24 to the outside air, and in which the cell unit 10 is constructed by clipping the cell by the plates 56, 26, and the cell unit is laminated plural pieces. The oxidizer exhaust passage 30 comprises a first opening part 32 that communicates with the oxidizer chamber 24 and a second opening part 34 that communicates with the outside air, and the width of the second opening part 34 is formed narrower than the first opening part 32.
