Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy of shaft alignment by preventing the mixture of air bubbles at the time of spreading processing. SOLUTION: An ultraviolet curable resin composition S applied annularly between disk substrates 1a and 1b of a disk 1 is held on a rotating table 30 and spread by rotation. A through hole 31 of the rotating table is provided with a shaft alignment member 32 so as to be able to come out or retract. The shaft alignment member expands the diameters of three shaft alignment pins by lifting a diameter expansion center pin 34 and presses a center hole of the disk substrate to perform center adjustment. In the spreading, the composition S is spread toward the outer circumference in acceleration and constant speed processes of the rotating table 30, the upper disk substrate 1b goes down in interlock with the processes, and the composition S is therefore spread toward the inner circumference. A deceleration process is started when the composition S is spread to the edge of the inner circumferential side and around the edge of the outer circumferential side. Synchronization is made and the shaft alignment member is operated to perform the shaft alignment of the disk substrate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
