Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical and practical means by which color purity and brightness are made compatible with each other both in a light transmission mode and in a light reflection mode, in a transflective liquid crystal display element using a fully-reflective film. SOLUTION: A light reflection part 11 consisting of the fully-reflective film 11a and a light transmission part 12 without the full reflection film and formed as an aperture are provided on the inner surface of one transparent substrate 10. When color filters 14 are formed at each of the light reflection part 11 and the light transmission part 12, a transparent resist 13 having a prescribed thickness is provided on the fully-reflective film 11a of the light reflection part 11, and the light transmission part 12 is formed as a hole having a prescribed depth.
