Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine powder collect unit capable of efficiently collecting fine powder from a carbon dioxide supercritical solution prepared by dissolving a powder material into the carbon dioxide of a supercritical state. SOLUTION: This fine powder collect unit is equipped with a collect vessel which is formed with an internal space by using an expandable and contractable membrane permitting the permeation of carbon dioxide in at least a portion, a jetting nozzle which is arranged in this collect vessel so as to be able to jet the carbon dioxide supercritical solution prepared by dissolving the powder material into the carbon dioxide of the supercritical state and a pressure reducing device which reduces the pressure in the collect vessel.
