Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a soy saucelike seasoning made from fishes and shellfishes as a main raw material by which separation (removal) of an oil component can efficiently be carried out. SOLUTION: This method for producing the soy saucelike seasoning comprises a heating step of separating the oil component in a production process for the soy saucelike seasoning made from the fishes and shellfishes as the main raw material. The heating step is preferably carried out after a charging step and before a squeezing step.
