TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLING APPARATUS FOR BULK COOLER AND TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically carry out the accurate temperature control of a bulk tank based on the result of an automatic temperature measurement, and to enable the cleaning after milk collection to be automatically and accurately carried out. SOLUTION: This temperature-controlling apparatus has a temperature- detecting means for measuring the temperature of the bulk tank storing milk, a controlling means for reading the temperature data measured by the temperature-detecting means, and controlling the temperature of the bulk tank in a state from the preservation of raw milk to the finish of cleaning of the bulk tank based on the read temperature data and according to previously set prescribed temperatures, a memorizing means for memorizing the temperature data and the controlled result of the controlling means, a displaying means for displaying the memorized content memorized in the memorizing means, and an operation means for carrying out the operation required when the memorized content is displayed.
