Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expanded grid component, which excels in current- collecting ability and cannot be easily extended in the up-and-down direction, and a manufacturing method of a positive-electrode plate using it. SOLUTION: By cutting the one part of a lead alloy sheet 10, a part where cuts 4 are made in the length direction and a non-developed part 2 where the cuts in the length direction of are not made, are formed in the above lead alloy sheet 10, and the above part where cuts 4 have been made in the length direction is expanded in a transverse direction to manufacture an expanded grid component. And the non-developed parts are formed in the approximately central part and both ends of right and left of the grid component 1. In addition, the non-developed part of the approximately central part is made broader than either the non-developed parts of the both ends, and it is used as a tab part 3.
