PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently suggest a built-in weather derivative type electricity rate conforming to use state of power by the respective customers due to change of weather or needs of the respective customers to electricity rates. SOLUTION: This device for supporting suggestion of electricity rate is provided with a customer information input (receiving) part 401 for inputting identification information of a customer, power consumption information acquisition part 402 for acquiring information regarding power consumption of the customer in the past, a weather information acquisition part 404 for acquiring weather information in an area including a place for using power of the customer or an area in relation to the place for using power of the customer in the past based on the inputted identification information of the customer and a relatively analysis part 408 for analyzing relatively between the power consumption of the customer and the weather based on the acquired weather information in the past.
