MESSAGE TRANSMITTING DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message transmitting device and a method capable of facilitating the input work of a message and, particularly, convenient for the input work of a long message. SOLUTION: This message transmitting device comprises a message input means 101 for inputting the message; a control means 102 for counting the input character number of the message inputted by the message input means 101 and generating and transmitting divided messages within a transmittable character number when this count value is the transmittable character number; two or more divided message storage means 103 for storing the divided messages transmitted from the control means 102 in the order of division; and a transmitting means 104 for reading the divided messages from the divided message storage means 103 in the order of storage and continuously transmitting them.
