Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of the installation work by a customer by performing a quick installation service on behalf of the customer in an opportunity to purchase hardware such that the customer renews a computer. SOLUTION: A service provider-side computer system 100 collects system setting information and software product information from computers 121, 122, and 123 when the installation service is requested from the customer-side computer 121. The computer system then acquires information for an up- gradable software product in reference to peripheral equipment driver data 100 and application product data 111, and transmits the information for the present software product and the upgradable software product to the computer 121.
