Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic cleaning blade which prevents the formation of blade traces at a copied image and can exhibit stable cleaning performance even when the cleaning blade is left standing for a long period under the high-temperature and high-humidity environment. SOLUTION: The cleaning blade is formed by dispersing resin particulates consisting of a condensation polymer of a vinyl resin, fluororesin or polyester resin, etc., of 0.01 to 30 μm in number average grain size at 0.1 to 50 parts by mass into 100 parts by mass preform of polyurethane rubber.
