Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic device by which the occurrence of high temperature offsetting such as the sticking of molten toner to an image surface side heating body in the fixing process of a toner image is prevented in an electrophotographic device. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic device is provided with a printing medium pulling unit to pull a printing medium to the side of a printing medium pressing body to press the printing medium by excessively feeding the printing medium which passes through the nip part of the image surface side heating body to fix a toner image on the printing medium by thermally melting it at a contact part with the printing medium, and the printing medium pressing body at a fixing part constituted of the image surface side heating body and the printing medium pressing body.
