TONER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD USING THE TONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-diameter toner which can maintain images of high resolution and high definition and has excellent low-temperature fixability and durability/preservability. SOLUTION: The toner composition includes at least a wax of 3 to 10 in SP value, a binder resin of 5,000 to 25,000 in peak molecular weight and a carbon of 30 to 1,000 ml/100 mg in oil absorption and the toner in which a coloring agent is made to exist around the wax particles of ≥0.2 μm in grain size is manufactured by subjecting the toner composition to mixing and dispersing, kneading and pulverizing or dispersing into an aqueous medium and polymerizing. The toner contains an aluminum coupling agent expressed by formula (1) in a monomer system before the polymerization.
