Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily stream-transport, by an ash pump 8, clinker ash slurry discharged from a coal-fired furnace using a variety types of coal. SOLUTION: This device comprises sequence control systems for controlling a stream transportation. The plurality of sequence control systems set individually based on the types of fuel coals to be used are selectively installed. In actual, the control of make-up water amount used for the stream transportation based on a time and an ash pump delivery pressure is included in this device. At the initial period when clinker ash slurry is discharged from a clinker hopper 2, the supplied amount of make-up water is desirably be increased for a specified time.
