Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use natural energy such as atmospheric temperature and wind for keeping an interior temperature within a substantially fixed temperature range. SOLUTION: This house is provided with a solar radiation obtaining area. In the solar radiation obtaining area, a ratio of it to a floor area is set so that a quotient found by dividing a product of multiplication between the solar radiation obtaining area for taking solar radiation, a solar radiation obtaining efficiency, and the degree of solar radiation acquisition by a product of multiplication between the floor area of the house, a heat loss coefficient, a predetermined temperature, and a set room temperature ranges from 0.7 to 1.3. By means of the solar radiation taking inward from the solar radiation obtaining area, a low temperature limit within a predetermined room temperature is maintained. An outside wall is constructed of a concrete panel having a high specific heat for increasing heat capacity. A releasing means releasing heat received by air inside the room if the room temperature is increased is arranged in the upper part of the room. When the room temperature is increased, heat received by the air inside the room is released by the releasing means, so that a predetermined high temperature limit within the room temperature range can be maintained.
