Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap having a heat seal lid which can be tamper-evident without using any tamper-evident ring, easily classify a vessel from the cap for disposal, and reduce the quantity of materials for the cap and a bottle. SOLUTION: The cap comprises a cap body 2 and the heat seal lid 15 to seal a mouth part of the heat seal vessel, a tamper-evident display surface 7 demarcated by an easily-breakable weakened portion 6 is provided on a center part of a top wall 3 of the cap body, a back side of the tamper-evident display surface is coupled with the heat seal lid 15, and the unsealing is clearly indicated by the breakage of the weakened portion 6 before the sealing of the mouth part of the vessel and the heat seal lid is broken when the cap body 2 is turned in an unsealing direction.
