STRUCTURE OF RETRACTABLE CLIP AND ROTARY MECHANISM OF CLIP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the front end of a clip from being caught by clothes or the like when the use of the clip is not intended. SOLUTION: There are provided a cap 4 having a recess 23, a support 11 in the cap 4, a clip arm 6 so fitted as to move inside the recess 23 and a spring 8 provided between the cap 4 and the clip arm 6. The clip arm 6 has a retracting position, an intermediate position and a drawing-out position. At the retracting position, the clip arm 6 is present on a surface continuous to the lateral side of the cap 4. At the intermediate position, the front end part 14 of the clip arm 6 is raised aslant and detached from the recess 23 by the medium of the spring 8 rotating in contact with the support 11. At the drawing- out position, the rear end part 16 of the clip arm 6 is raised up by leading a matter to be held into a space on the rear side of the clip arm 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
