Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid contact reactor capable of being suitably used when avoidance concrete wastewater is subjected to neutralization treatment while suppressing the formation and growth of scale on an infinite variety of many execution spots for discharge quantity. SOLUTION: The gas-liquid contact reactor has the downwardly opened cylinder arranged in a liquid storage tank from above, a liquid discharge nozzle device for spraying a liquid into a cylinder downwardly, a carbon dioxide gas supply pipe having an outflow port around the liquid discharge nozzle device in the cylinder and the negative pressure forming device, which is formed of a soft material, arranged under the liquid discharge nozzle device and having an opening provided to the center thereof. The liquid discharge nozzle device has a jet nozzle and a plurality of liquid jet nozzles arranged to the outer periphery of the jet nozzle at equal intervals so as to leave equal distances from the center of the jet nozzle. A plurality of liquid jet nozzle orifices are arranged in a direction wherein the liquids discharged from the respective nozzles meet with each other at the opening part of the negative pressure forming device.
