Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backup circuit of low cost in a communication terminal device which can backup image data to be communicated. SOLUTION: The communication terminal device is constituted of a flash memory having both a program area and a data backup area, a second storage device which stores image data when a power source is in a state of electrical continuity, a means for detecting change of voltage of the power source, and an image data transferring means which transfers the image data from the second storage device to the flash memory when change of voltage of the power source is detected by the means for detecting change of voltage of the power source.
