Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for quickly executing an operation such as the authentication and check of an operator in a plant. SOLUTION: A plant management system is provided with a plant 20-i having a first authenticating device 20c-n1 set at an entrance/exit 20f and a plurality of different devices 20a-i which are respectively provided with a display device 20g-i and a second authentication devices 20c-i. The first authenticating device 20c-n1 opens the entrance/exit 20f based on an identification number to be wirelessly outputted from a terminal carried by an operator and a stored identification number, and the second authenticating device 20c-i permits the display of the operating method of the first device 20a-1 of the display device 20g-i based on the identification number to be wirelessly outputted from the terminal and the stored identification number.
