SOLUTION: The apparatus for determining the presence of a molecular structure in a substance is equipped with the supply source of the substance, a number of supply sources of a solution including a known molecule that is bonded to various kinds of molecules in a specific shape, a mixing means for selectively mixing each of the solution with the substance, and a detector for detecting the appearance of the bonding between the known molecule and molecular structure in the substance in the mixed solution.
