Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified polyester resin which does not stain a molding device, e.g. a metal mold, in molding; and an injection blown bottle made thereof. SOLUTION: This modified polyester resin consists mainly of ethylene terephthalate units as the repeating functional units, contains 0.05-10 wt.% linear esterified compound having a mol.wt. of 200-700 and/or its oligomer, and has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.5-1.50 dl/g.
