IMAGE RECORDING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an image recording apparatus so that the separation of a plate during recording rotation can surely be prevented without making a driving mechanism and the attachment/detachment operation of the plate complex. SOLUTION: Clamp bars 25 and 30 for clamping and fixing the end part of the plate 1 for recording an image are fitted to a drum 2 on which the plate 1 is wound to be held, a pin clamp 19 for fitting the plate by inserting a fitting pin 18 into a hole 17 formed at the end part of the plate is set in parallel with the clamp bars, and the opening/closing action between a fitting position and a releasing position of the pin clamp is interlocked with the opening/closing action between a clamping position and a releasing position of the clamp bars. Especially, in the clamping action of the clamp bars, the clamp bars are made to do the fitting action after the clamping action. In the releasing action of the clamp bars, in advance of the action, the clamp bars are made to do the releasing action. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
