APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR WET HEAT TREATING FOR WOOD OR WOODEN MANUFACTURES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when a wood is subjected to wet heat treatment at a high temperature and a high pressure by using an autoclave, an exhaust liquid and a resin which are exhausted from the wood are stuck to an inner surface of the autoclave to affect the autoclave with a bad influence. SOLUTION: A wood 1 is provided on a support plate 2 provided aslant on a truck 3. An extracted liquid and a resin which are exhausted from the wood 1 are received with the support plate. The resin and the extracted liquid are prevented from sticking to an inner surface of the autoclave 4 by exhausting the extracted liquid and the resin outside from a mixed liquid exhausting valve 7a via a trough 5 provided below an oblique lower end part of the support plate 2. Further, the through 5 is installed successively from a door 8 position of the autoclave 4 to the innermost recess part and used jointly with the support plate 2. Then, irrespective of a length of a treating material and the number of trucks to be treated, they can be treated without sticking the resin and the extracted liquid to the inside of the autoclave 4.
