By injecting a mixed gas at high pressure where the particles having cracks are scattered in the gas supplied by a high pressure gas supply means 20 to a flow passage arranged with cutting blades to face each other, the particles having cracks are pulverized at least by the impact energy with the cutting blade. The particles are circulated by returning to the flow passage and the pulverizing process is repeated.
