Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture fine particles of a fine particle-size at a low cost in a rather simple structure by applying a dry pulverizing. SOLUTION: Particles made from brittle material are heated in a temperature lower than the softening temperature and the heated particles are rapidly cooled down to generate cracks in each particle. By injecting a mixed gas at high pressure where the particles having cracks are scattered in the gas supplied by a high pressure gas supply means 20 to a flow passage arranged with cutting blades to face each other, the particles having cracks are pulverized at least by the impact energy with the cutting blade. The particles are circulated by returning to the flow passage and the pulverizing process is repeated. The particles pulverized by repeatedly passing the flow passage are collected into a reservoir 41 communicating with the flow passage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
