Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone sterilization mat for omitting or reducing labor and time required at the time of entering a clean room and for suppressing generation of an unnecessary ozone gas. SOLUTION: The ozone sterilization mat comprises an ozone generator 10 for generating ozone gas and a mat main body 1 for blowing out the ozone gas generated by the ozone generator 10 from the upper surface thereof. The ozone generator 10 is connected to sensors 9 and 13 for indirectly or directly detecting access to the mat main body 1 to drive the ozone generator 10 on the basis of signals supplied from the sensors 9 and 13.
