Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element that is compact and can be easily assembled. SOLUTION: A bottom section 16 of a case member 1 is in a rectangular shape as a whole, and sidewalls 100-400 are erected around the bottom section 16. A soft magnetic substrate 60 of a magnetic rotor 6 is in a nearly rectangular shape that is smaller than the flat area of the bottom section 16. The magnetic rotor 6 is arranged on the bottom section 16 inside the case member 1. Capacitors C1-C3 are arranged adjacent to the magnetic rotor 6 in a gap that is generated between the magnetic rotor 6 and sidewalls 200-400 of the case member 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
