Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the arrival time of e-mail to prevent the generation of a network load by the poling for e-mail receipt in a control monitoring system using e-mail as a message communication means. SOLUTION: The e-mail is directly transmitted to an SMTP server that is the final designation, and a mail reading server task and a poling task are mounted on the same device. A mail receiving task is mounted on a device different from the above device, and TCP-connected to a POP 3 device to transmit mail data from the POP 3 device to the mail receiving task device via TCP connection.
