GOODS DELIVERY SUPPORTING SYSTEM, GOODS DELIVERY SUPPORTING METHOD, GOODS DELIVERY SUPPORTING DEVICE AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a goods delivery supporting system capable of delivering goods accurately to any customer located where he can not make clear the destination of delivery. SOLUTION: The goods delivery supporting system comprises a telephone set 1 for customer, a telephone set 2 for a store, a relay part 3 to relay the two telephone sets 1 and 2, a goods delivery supporting device 4 connected with the relay part 3, and a terminal device 6 for store connected with the goods delivery supporting device 4 through a communication network 5, wherein the supporting device 4 is equipped with a transmitting position locating part 7 to locate the transmitting position of the telephone set 1 in the case the relay part 3 relays the two telephone sets 1 and 2, a database 8 to store the map information, a map information preparing part 9 to read the map information of the surrounding area of the transmitting position located by the part 7 out of the database 8 and prepare map information for delivering the goods whereon the transmitting position H is exhibited, and a transmitting part 10 to transmit the prepared map information to the store terminal device 6, and the terminal device 6 receives the transmitted map information and emits the output.
