SOLUTION: A light amplifier 2 provided with an optical fiber for amplification for directly amplifying light on the basis of the effects of simulated emission is used. Pulse-like light is made incident onto the optical fiber for amplification of the optical amplifier 2, and the pulse-like light after amplification is introduced to the optical member 4 to perform screening.
