Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of power generating performance and to improve the fatigue strength of a tower by preventing the amplitude of the vibration of the tower due to the resonance with the rotation of a blade and the wind resonance with wind speed variable period even if a wind power generation device is large-size or wind speed changes greatly at a short time. SOLUTION: A vibration-damping device 25 is arranged on the top part of a tower 13 supporting a blade 16 and a generator 20. A mesh-type or porous partition member 34 (34A, 34B) through which liquid 32 can pass is arranged in a liquid tank 31. The liquid stored in the liquid tank is synchronized to the rotation of the blade or the vibration of the tower by the wind power and oscillated. The vibration of the tower 13 is attenuated by the fluid resistance occurring when the liquid 32 passes through the partition member 34 (34A, 34B). COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
