PAPER CONTAINER, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container capable of keeping a stably folded shape without using any adhesive in a folded part, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: When a first pattern member 43 and a first external frame member 44 are lowered as shown in the state (2) from the state (1), a tip part of the folded part 27 is brought into contact with a curled groove 56 of a second external frame member 48, and folded inwardly along the shape. When the first external frame member 44 is further lowered to the position abutted on the second external frame member 48, the folded part 27 is folded completely inward of a side wall part 24 as shown in the state (3). In this state, when the first external frame member 44 and the second external frame member 48 are further lowered, and the side wall part 24 and the folded part 27 are held by parallel surfaces between the first external frame member 44 and a second pattern member 47 as shown in the state (4) to form a tightly attached side wall part 19 and a folded part 20.
