PACKET COMMUNICATION METHOD AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet communication method in which highly reliable high-speed communications are enabled without depending or processing of another layer and a system configuration can be flexibly changed without changing the circuit of a receiving means. SOLUTION: In a transmitting side device 1, a packet identifier is added to a packet and the same packet as such a packet is respectively transmitted to a receiving side device. In this receiving side device 2, the packet transmitted from the transmitting side device is received and it is judged whether the packet is normal or not. When it is normal, it is judged on the basis of the packet identifier whether the packet first arrives or not and when it arrives first, the packet excluded with the packet identifier is defines as an object to be transmitted to the terminal but when the packet arrives later, the packet is not defined as an object to be transmitted to the terminal. Therefore, only with the normal packet as an object, it can be exactly judged whether the packet arrives first or not and highly reliable communications can be realized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
