Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a fuel cell of excellent gas impermeability, conductivity, and durability, a manufacturing method of the fuel cell separator of excellent moldability and mass production property with less problems in gas impermeability, conductivity, and durability, and a fuel cell using the separator excellent in gas impermeability, conductivity, and durability. SOLUTION: The separator for a fuel cell made by using a conductive material (A) has the conductive material (A) dispersed in a hardened matter under additional cross-linking reaction of novolak phenol resin or phenol dicyclopentadiene resin (B) and a compound (C) with at least two ethylene group unsaturated double bonds.
