Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe rupture control device and a pipe rupture control valve reducing the number of pipes without receiving influence of back pressure. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a spool 26 switching pilot pressure acting on a poppet valve element 25 (equivalent to a pilot check) connected to a load retention side of a hydraulic cylinder to own pressure of the load retention side or tank pressure of a drain port 24 side, and a check valve 27 to prevent back pressure from acting on the spool 26 during operation of an overload relief valve 28 in a pipe passage leading to the drain port 24.
