MASTERBATCH AND METHOD OF PRODUCING MOLDED PRODUCT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a masterbatch that shows excellent moldability (in injection molding and injection compression molding) and gives the mixed molded products having excellent scratch resistance, property balance (high stiffness and impact strength) and antistatic properties and being suitably useful as a variety of daily necessary products and industrial parts, particularly being suitable as a material for injection molding or injection compression molding of motor car interior parts such as instrument panels, console boxes, pillars, door trims and the like. SOLUTION: The masterbatch comprises the following components (a)-(d): (a) 100 pts.wt. of ethylene.α-olefin copolymer rubber with the melt flow rate of 0.1-100 g/10 min, (b) 20-900 pts.wt. of talc with average particle size of 1.5-15 μm, (c) 1-20 pts.wt. of fatty acid amides, (d) 1-20 pts.wt. of a nonionic surfactant, and when necessary, (e) fatty acid metal salts, (f) polypropylene and (g) polyethylene.
