SOLUTION: Suction ports 19, 19, etc., formed in a motor housing 2 are arranged so that partition parts 22, 22, etc., arising between suction ports 19, 19 are positioned on the extension of projections 23, 23, etc., which axially receive the stator of a commutator motor and regulate rearward shifting.
