PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the reservation of a ticket up to just before an event without being limited by place and time, and to allow the designation of a seat position at the time of reservation. SOLUTION: When an access from a user terminal T is received through a communication network N, the display data formation part 14 of a server S receives arrangement information showing the arrangement of two or more seats and reservation information related to ticket reservation from a storage part 11 according to the instruction from a reservation acceptance part 13, prepares a screen display data for showing a reservation input screen showing the arrangement of seats and the present reservation state with a graphic image, and transmits it to the user terminal T through a transmitting and receiving part 12. The reservation acceptance part 13 judges the seat designated on the reservation input screen, allows the acceptance of ticket reservation when it is empty, allows the acceptance of waiting when it is reserved, and displays the information related to another reservation method by the display data formation part 14 when it is a seat out of reservation.
