Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct variation in sensor activation time due to the variation of heater resistance in a simple and inexpensive configuration without any need for incorporating exclusive resistance elements and for a heater current measurement circuit or the like. SOLUTION: An electric physical quantity (resistance or the like) that is set to a sensor characteristic display element such as a resistor 68 is allowed to contain a constituent for indicating air/fuel ratio detection characteristics and a constituent for indicating the resistance of a heater, thus obtaining two connection values of sensor signal and heater resistance ranks, correcting a heater output signal according to the heater resistance ranks, and inhibiting the variation of the amount of generation of a heater due to the variation of the heater resistance.
