Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heater which facilitates the connection work of an exhaust duct and an air intake duct to a body, simplifies the duct piping arrangement, and improves the efficiency of an installation work. SOLUTION: In this bathroom heater 2: a ventilation chamber 36 having a ventilation fan 54 to exhaust the air in a bathroom A, and a heat-exchanging chamber 35 having a heat exchanger 38 to heat the inside of the bathroom A are provided inside the body 12 housed in a space on the back side B of a ceiling board of the bathroom A; the exhaust duct 6 to lead the exhaust from the body 12 outdoors is fitted to the body 12; a ventilation fan case 56 with the ventilation fan 54 housed therein is arranged with an outlet thereof directed to either of at least two directions; at least two opening parts 24 and 25 are provided in the body 12 in the direction of the outlet; and the exhaust duct 6 is connected to the opening part 25 according to the direction in which the outlet is arranged.
