Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely reduce the incident heat into a room, to inhibit the temperature rise of a building, to contribute to energy conservation by largely decreasing air-cooling load by the inhibition of the temperature rise, to obtain a building material gentle even to a person because a surface temperature is not heightened, to abound even in a color variation, and to prevent the contamination of the surface of a solar-heat shield film and even the deterioration of the reflection of solar rays on the solar-heat shield film. SOLUTION: An anodized film or a formation film 2 is formed on the surface of aluminum or an aluminum alloy 1 constituting an aluminum face plate, the upper section of the film 2 is coated with solar-heat shield paints 3 in a film thickness as thick as 10 to 50 μm, and the upper section of the paints 3 is coated with a low contamination clear coating 4 in the film thickness as thick as 5 to 20 μm. The anodized film or the formation film 2 is formed on the surface of aluminum or the aluminum alloy 1 constituting the aluminum face plate, and the upper section of the film 2 is coated with the solar-heat shield paints 3 in the film thickness as thick as 10 to 50 μm.
