Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous composition of a crosslinkable resin for textile finishing, enabling processing under a comparatively mild condition, hardly causing generation of a harmful material and contamination of a waste water, and capable of providing an excellent resin-finished fiber product. SOLUTION: This aqueous composition of the crosslinkable resin for the textile finishing comprises a carbonyl group-containing acrylic copolymer obtained by subjecting a specific acrylic monomer containing a carbonyl group- containing monomer to an emulsion copolymerization in the presence of a surfactant substantially free from an alkylphenyl-based surfactant and containing a specified nonionic surfactant as the main component, and having the glass transition temperature (Tg) within a specified range and a specific amount of carbodihydrazide.
