LABEL AFFIXING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label affixing device capable of affixing a label by selecting either an air jet affixing mechanism or a press affixing mechanism according to the kind of a commodity. SOLUTION: The label affixing device to peel labels b2 affixed to a mount b1 at predetermined intervals and automatically affix them to predetermined positions of the commodities comprises the air jet affixing mechanism which blows the label peeled from the mount by air jet toward the commodity to be label-affixed, and affixes the label to the commodity, and the press affixing mechanism which moves the label peeled from the mount by a pressing member toward a commodity to be label-affixed, and presses the label against the commodity by the pressing member and affixes the label to the commodity.
