METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RESIN MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin molding in which the molding having an undercut can be inexpensively molded without forming a PL. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the resin molding comprises the steps of once inverting a wooden model 10 in which an emboss 11 is held by a silicone or the like, again inverting the model 10 by an epoxy resin or the like to form a protruding model 14, and spraying or coating a thermosetting urethane elastomer to mold a film mold 22. The method further comprises the steps of setting the mold 22 to a lower mold 24, then blowing a skin 30 on the mold 22 by a sprayer, filling a urethane foam in the mold while an upper mold 26 remains open or after the mold 26 is closed, and integrally foaming the urethane foam. The method also comprises the steps of then opening the mold 26, and releasing a product 36 from the mold 22. Thus, the product 36 prevents the PL from occurring on the design surface thereof by the mold 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
