Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that temperature compensation for the sealed part of an aluminum alloy plate is required when it is subjected to heating and blow molding processes after having been set on a molding die, because the temperature of the sealed part becomes lower than that of the other parts through the processes. SOLUTION: Other than a blow molding apparatus 30, a heating apparatus 20 is provided separately, and the aluminum alloy plate 10 is sufficiently heated and soaked using the heating apparatus 20. Then, the aluminum alloy plate 10, which has been heated and soaked, is blow-molded using the blow molding apparatus 30. According to the above process, the aluminum alloy plate 10 does not need to be heated in the die, so that the high speed blow molding of the alloy plate 10 is possible, thus productivity can be improved. Also, the temperature compensation of the sealed part is not necessary, so that the structure of the molding die can be simplified. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
