ULTRASONIC CLEANING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cleaning device in which destruction near the outlet of a running water housing by heat generation caused by ultrasonic vibration is prevented. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic vibration cleaning device comprises the running water housing 1, a vibrator loading part 1a, a feed port 1b, an inclined wall 1c, an outlet 1d, an ultrasonic transducer 2, and a backing material 3. A water jacket 5 is mounted to the outer side face of the inclined wall 1c of the running water housing 1. A cooling liquid is fed from a cooling liquid feeder 6 to the feed port 5a of the water jacket 5, the cooling liquid is discharged from a discharge port 5b, and a cleaning liquid is fed from a cleaning liquid feeder 4 to the inlet 1b of the running water housing 1.
