LASER THERAPEUTIC INSTRUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser therapeutic instrument with which a diseased part can be efficiently cooled. SOLUTION: The laser therapeutic instrument for irradiating the skin with laser beams from a laser beam source, is provided with a hand piece where an optical irradiation system for irradiating the diseased part with the laser beams from the laser beam source is arranged, a guide member provided on the hand piece for locating the optical irradiation system at a desired position with respect to the diseased part, a cooling gas blowing means for blowing cooling gases to the diseased part, a detection means provided on the guide member for detecting abutting on the skin, and a cooling gas control means for controlling the cooling gas blowing operation of the cooling gas blowing means on the basis of the detecting signal of the detection means.
