Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system having a self-development-type support function for operation schedule to consider accuracy and tendencies of individual time schedules by analyzing information in a variety of ways, providing with a high level document retrieval function and a new support function for knowledge creation and allowing a shared system for high level operation information to be used with easy operations. SOLUTION: The system including a storage device 4 storing a variety of core information 8, wherein the core information 8 includes a theme 11, a phase 12, those attribute information 13, 14 and link information 15, the system stores the variety of core information 8 into a database to use and the core information 8 is, for example, created at every single operation.
